Abstract

Échangeur de chaleur du type à tubles plats de structure simple, facile à fabriquer, dans lequel on substitue une structure rectangulaire plate à un tube cylindrique spiralé, et qui utilise pour l'échange de chaleur un gaz de combustion chauffé par une chaudière, à écoulement laminaire. L'échangeur de chaleur de la présente invention comprend des tubes échangeurs thermiques dans lesquels s'écoule l'eau de chauffage et où l'échange de chaleur s'opère par contact avec un gaz de combustion à écoulement laminaire. Cet échangeur de chaleur du type à tubes plats: une pluralité de tubes échangeurs de chaleur de section transversale rectangulaire dont la largeur d'un côté en contact avec le gaz de combustion est plus importante que la hauteur, et qui sont disposés en parallèles à intervalles réguliers; des plaques intérieures dans lesquelles sont insérées les deux extrémités de tubes échangeurs de chaleur, fixées à intervalles réguliers; et des plaques extérieures qui communiquent ave les tubes échangeurs de chaleur par les plaques intérieures et qui recouvrent les surfaces extérieures de plaques intérieures.
