Abstract

 タービン入口温度を抑制すると共に、軸出力についても要求レスポンスを満たし得るガスタービンの運転制御装置および運転制御方法を提供する。発電機150の出力が所定値以上の高負荷帯にある場合等に、IGV緊急時全開フラグを有効とする。IGV緊急時全開フラグが有効の場合には、入口案内翼104の開度を予め設定された開度に設定し、温調設定を入口案内翼104の開度に応じて切り替えて設定し、該温調設定に基づき、燃焼器103の燃料供給量を制御するためのタービン101の排ガス温度設定値またはブレードパス温度設定値を生成する。
