Abstract

Provided is a cooling apparatus for cooling the inside of a heating element housing box. The cooling apparatus comprises an inside air duct, an outside air duct, an inside air blower (2), an outside air blower (3), a sensible heat exchanger (4) for performing a sensible heat exchange between the air in the inside air duct and the air in the outside air duct, and a control device housing unit housing a control device (6) for controlling the actions of the inside air blower (2) and the outside air blower (3). Moreover, the control device housing unit is arranged in the same section as that of the inside air blower (2) in the inside air duct and on the side, in which the direction of a tangent of the rotation of the inside air blower (2) is identical to the air inflow direction of the sensible heat exchanger (4).
