Abstract

 移動通信システムで使用される基地局は、セル内のユーザ数、ユーザの分布状況又はトラフィック量の内の1つ以上の統計データを測定する測定手段と、統計データと無線パラメータの所定の対応関係から、測定された現在の統計データに対応する無線パラメータの値を導出する導出手段とを有する。当該基地局に局データとして設定される無線パラメータの値は、導出手段により導出された値に自動的に更新される。
