Abstract

 アクチュエータの動作エネルギーを小さくすることができ、コストの低減を図ることができるアクチュエータの制御方法、アクチュエータ制御システム、および物体検出システムを提供する。この目的のため、板ばねによって拘束されながら振動する可動部材を有するアクチュエータに対し、板ばねおよび可動部材で構成される振動系が共振している状態で可動部材の位置情報を取得した後、この位置情報を用いることによって可動部材の振幅情報を算出し、この振幅情報を用いることによって可動部材の振幅を制御する制御信号を出力する。
