Abstract

　　アミノペプチダーゼの効率的な製造方法が開示されている。当該方法は，宿主細菌をアミノペプチダーゼ遺伝子及び中性プロテアーゼ遺伝子で形質転換するか，又は該宿主細菌の一部を該アミノペプチダーゼ遺伝子で形質転換すると共に該宿主細菌の他の一部を該中性プロテアーゼ遺伝子で形質転換するステップと，該アミノペプチダーゼ遺伝子及び該中性プロテアーゼ遺伝子で形質転換された該宿主細菌を，又は該アミノペプチダーゼ遺伝子で形質転換された該宿主細菌及び該中性プロテアーゼ遺伝子で形質転換された宿主細菌の混合物を，培地中で培養して該アミノペプチダーゼ及び該中性プロテアーゼ遺伝子の双方を発現させるステップと，産生されたアミノペプチダーゼを培養液から回収するステップとを含んでなる。
