Abstract

 担持量が1重量%を超える場合であっても、クラスター状にロジウムがZSM-5に担持されているロジウム担持ZSM-5を製造する方法を提供する。  本発明によれば、水、珪素源、アルミニウム源、ロジウム源、鉱化剤、塩析効果剤、水素イオン濃度調節剤及び型剤を含有する水性混合物を水熱処理することを特徴とするロジウム含有ZSM-5の製造方法が提供される。本発明においては、さらに、塩析効果剤を含有する水溶液(C液)に、水素イオン濃度調節剤、型剤及びアルミニウム源を含有する水溶液(A液)と、珪素及び鉱化剤を含有する水溶液(B液)を加えて混合物を得た後、この混合物にロジウム源を加えて、水性混合物を得ることが好ましい。
