Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de transport public urbain, comprenant une flotte de véhicules (1) munis de moyens de positionnement (2) du type GPS (Global Positionning System) aptes à détecter un emplacement de début de course et un emplacement de fin de course. Chaque véhicule comporte des moyens de lecture (3) pour coopérer avec et lire des moyens de mémorisation (4) agencés pour mémoriser au moins un identifiant de trajet, ledit système comprenant des moyens de traitement (7) aptes à comparer lesdits emplacements de début et de fin de course avec l'identifiant de trajet et à en déduire une option de paiement.
