- an operating button installed on the button installing cutout of the upper cover and hinged on the lower part of the button installing cutout and the inner end of it being engaged with the moving nozzle to thereby press down the moving nozzle by means of the swing movement.

- the present invention provides a dispenser receptacle in which the operating button is provided at a position near user's fingers when a user holds the dispenser receptacle, and the operating button can be easily pressed to swing inwardly to perform pumping operation, so that the operating button may not be protruded outwardly even though the pumping stroke is enlarged, which will enhance user's convenience and the quality of product appearance, and reduce the space required for storing, transporting and displaying.

- a dispenser receptacle includes a container body 100 having an internal accommodation space and an upper opening 101, a pumping unit 130 engaged with the upper opening 101 of the container body 100 to be pressed to discharge the contents in the container body 100, an upper cover 120 engaged on the upper of the container body 100 and enclosing the pumping unit 130, a moving nozzle 170 installed in the upper cover 120 and disposed adjacent to the pumping unit 130 and vertically movable to press down the pumping unit 130, and an operating button 150 disposed adjacent to the moving nozzle 170 and hinged on one side of the upper cover 120 to swing toward inside.
- an airless piston 103 which moves upward by means of the pressure difference, and an air hole 105 communicating the lower space of the container body 100 with the outside.
- the pumping unit 130 includes a pump support 131 engaged on the upper opening
- a pump housing 133 engaged on the center of the pump support 131 and having a pressure chamber 132 to communicate the internal accommodation space of the container body 100 with the outside, a check valve 135 installed on the inlet 134 formed on the lower part of the pressure chamber 132 of the pump housing 133 to enable the contents to flow into the pressure chamber 132 only, a pump cap 136 engaged on the upper part of the pressure chamber 132 of the pump housing 133, a valve stem 137 penetrating the pump cap 136 and being vertically movable and having a passage 138 and a hole 139 to communicate the pressure chamber 132 with the outside of the container body 100 and the valve body 141 disposed on the lower end of it, a push tube 140 engaged on the upper part of the valve stem 137 to push down the valve stem 137 by the external force, and a spring 143 elastically supporting the push tube 140 upwardly.
- the upper cover 120 includes a nozzle groove 122 through which the nozzle tip 175 is protruded, and a button installing cutout 121 on the opposite site of the cylindrical wall respectively. And a hinge bearing 125 is provided on the lower part of the button installing cutout 121, on which the operating button 150 is hinged.
- the moving nozzle 170 is engaged on the push tube 140 and moves up and down together with the push tube 140.
- the moving nozzle 170 includes a discharge passage 171 communicating with the push tube 140, and on the opposite side of the moving nozzle 170 are provided engaging projections 173 to be engaged with the operating button 150.
- the operating button 150 includes a hinge shaft 153 to be engaged on the hinge bearing 125 of the upper cover 120, and is installed on the button installing cutout 121 of the upper cover 120 and is exposed outwardly, so that the operating button 150 can swing into the upper cover 120 inwardly.
- the dispenser receptacle according to the present invention performs a pumping of contents by pressing the operating button 150. That is, when a user pushes the operating button 150 inwardly by use of thumb at a state where he holds the container body 100, then the moving nozzle 170 may move downward, and the valve body 141 of the valve stem 137 will also move downward to compress the pressure chamber 132. At the same time, the pressure chamber 132 will be open, then the contents such as cosmetic material in the pressure chamber 132 will flow through the hole 139 and the passage 138 of the valve stem 137, the push tube 140, and the discharge passage 171 of the moving nozzle 170 to be discharged outside.
- the spring 143 may return the valve stem 137 upward, then the pressure in the pressure chamber 132 may be reduced, and the check valve 135 is open, and the contents in the container body 100 may flow into the pressure chamber 132. At the same time, the airless piston 103 will move upward as much as the exhausted volume. By repeating the above mentioned actions, the contents of proper amount will be pumped out.
- the operating button 150 to actuate the pumping unit 130 is disposed on one side of the upper cover 120, so that the user can operate the pumping unit 130 and discharge the contents more conveniently by pressing the operating button 150 inward at a state where he or she holds the container body 100.
- the operating button 150 has a structure to swing down inwardly inside the upper cover 120, the pumping stroke of the pumping unit 130 may be sufficiently increased without making the outward projections, so that the quality of the product appearance will be enhanced, and space for storing, transporting and displaying may be reduced.
- the present invention provides a dispenser receptacle which has a structure that an operating button is provided on one side of the upper cover at the position near user's fingers when a user holds the dispenser receptacle, as well as an operational structure of performing a pumping by making the button swing down inwardly.
