Abstract

L'invention porte sur une technique par laquelle de l'écorce, qui est relativement bon marché comme matière de départ et n'a pas encore été totalement utilisée comme combustible, et un résidu d'extrait de café, qui est un produit de déchet industriel, peuvent être utilisés efficacement comme combustible de type biomasse. L'invention porte sur des pastilles de combustible comprenant du résidu d'extrait de café et de l'écorce comme composants principaux. Par l'utilisation du résidu d'extrait de café comme combustible, l'utilisation du résidu d'extrait de café, qui est un produit de déchet industriel, peut être favorisée. Par transformation du résidu d'extrait de café conjointement avec de l'écorce en pastilles de combustible, le résidu d'extrait de café est solidifié en pastilles, ce qui permet d'éviter un bouchage dans un collecteur de poussière d'un appareil de combustion tel qu'une chaudière. Du fait qu'elles ont une valeur calorifique élevée, les pastilles de combustible décrites ci-dessus ont une valeur extrêmement élevée comme combustible. En outre, étant donné que les pastilles de combustible sont brûlées à une température élevée, la quantité de cendre en provenance de l'écorce peut être réduite.
