Abstract

　信号捕捉の機会を増やすことにより信号捕捉にかかる時間を短縮することができ、測位時間を短縮することができる測位用受信装置及び測位方法。ＳＰＳ受信装置搭載移動通信端末装置（１００）は、周波数サーチ範囲制御部（１１２）のドップラーシフト量測定手段（１１２ａ）が通信網の複数の基地局からの信号のドップラーシフト量を測定し、サーチ範囲制御手段（１１２ｂ）が測定した複数の基地局のドップラーシフト量の最大値と最小値の差を算出し、この値とある定められた閾値を比較することにより衛星信号サーチ時のサーチ範囲を決定する。サーチ範囲制御手段（１１２ｂ）は、ドップラーシフト量の最大値と最小値の差が閾値より大きいと判定した場合は、サーチ範囲を広く設定し、ドップラーシフト量の最大値と最小値の差が閾値より小さいと判定した場合は、サーチ範囲を狭く設定する。
