Abstract

　対物光学系９からズーム光学系１３を経て導いた光束ｂを、ビームスプリッタ１９により２つに分け、一方を接眼光学系３１へ、他方をカメラ３８へ導いているため、手術者Ａが視認している術部の状況と、カメラ３８により撮影される映像は正確に一致する。また、カメラ３８で撮影した電子映像を装置本体５内の左右一対の液晶パネル４８に表示し、その液晶パネル３８からの光束ｅを接眼光学系３１内へ取り込めば、手術者Ａは術中に体勢を変えることなくカメラ３８で撮影された映像を立体的に確認することができる。
