Abstract

本発明は、逆止弁付き気室を多数有する梱包用緩衝材を簡易に製造できる梱包用緩衝材の製造方法と製造装置、そのような製造方法を可能にした構造の梱包用緩衝材を提供することを課題とする。 中層に位置させるフィルムシートに線状に切り込みを形成した後、上層と中層との間に第１の溶着防止シートを、中層と下層との間に第２の溶着防止シートを介在させ、第２溶着防止シート介在領域に逆止弁パターンを、第１溶着防止シート介在領域に逆止弁パターンと供給路との連通部分に重なる部分を、それぞれ他方面側からプレス溶着し、その後に溶着防止シートを除去した状態で積層フィルムシート全層を溶着処理して気室及び供給路を形成する。
