Abstract

 本発明は、基材フィルムと、(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体、カルボキシル基含有単量体、及びヒドロキシル基含有単量体を共重合したアクリルポリマー100質量部、不飽和結合を3個以上有するウレタンアクリレートオリゴマ20~200質量部、ポリグリシジルアミン0.01~10質量部、並びにイソシアネート硬化剤0.1~20質量部を含有する粘着剤を積層してなる電子部品固定用粘着シートを提供するものである。この電子部品固定用粘着シートは、ダイシング時の電子部品の飛散防止、電子部品側面への糊の掻き上げ防止、電子部品パッケージ表面に刻印されたレーザーマークの消滅抑制、といった効果を奏するため、電子部品集合体をダイシングして、電子部品を製造する方法に好適に用いられる。
