Background Art [3] Generally, the mascara is a cosmetic used to make eyelash longer and darker, and a substance for the make-up for which the eyelash can be lovely decorated by forming the wave to the eyelash, which is kept straight in up and down directions. [4] The method of applying the mascara to the eyelash is as follows.
[5] Firstly, the method of applying the mascara on the eyelash upside is comprised of,
[6] adjusting the contents which is applied on the brush of the mascara;
[7] applying the mascara like combing hair from the loot of eyelash in such a condition which the eyes are looked downside;
[8] applying the mascara like lifting the brush up from downside to upside.
[9] At this time, the eyelash may be decorated more lovely by lifting the brush up in zigzags. [10] The method of applying the mascara to the eyelash downside is comprised of,
[I I] standing the brush vertically;
[12] applying the mascara by moving the eyelash from side to side
[13] applying the mascara along with the line of eyelash.
[14] The eyelash may be decorated more clearly by applying the mascara to each lines of eyelash
[15] The general mascara includes,
[16] a container for putting the contents ;
[17] a stopper for opening and shutting the container and for equipping a brush.
[18] The mascara like this is generally used while turning the brush after applying suitable amount of the contents to the brush.
[19] As the brush for the make-up of eyelash, there are a brush, which is made by twisting the Nylon hairs laid on the iron core of two strands including regular length with the iron core as much as the regular number of times, and a rubber brush, which is made by forming the disk-type comb tooth which is made of rubber to be continued and repeated. [20] The brush, which is made of Nylon hair, of the mascara brushes is capable of combing and creating the curl of eyelash but there are technical problems which the user's eye may be hit or stimulated due to user's carelessness while using the brush.
[21] To solve the problems of the mascara brush which is made of the Nylon hair, the rubber brush is provided.
[22] The rubber brush is comprised of the disk-type comb tooth, which is continued and repeated and there are various types of the rubber brushes for which the consumer's needs can be satisfied by varying the structure or the arrangement of the disk-type comb tooth.
[23] For examples, there are Korean Utility Model Regs. Nos. 378739, 384765, 388025,
