FIG. 17 is a schematic view showing mascara according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention; and
FIG. 18 is a perspective view showing a disk plate according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 18, a mascara according to the present invention is configured to include disk plates 10 to 50 on which combs 11 to 51 and brushes 12 to 52 are formed to be radially protruded along the outer circumferential surfaces thereof; and a predetermined stacking means by which a plurality of single disk plates 10 to 50 are coupled to be stacked.
Describing a first embodiment of the mascara, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 10, the disk plate 10 is a disk shape of which the center is formed with a through hole 10a and a stacking means corresponding thereto is configured of a core bar 15 that is penetrated to be fixed to the through hole 10a of the disk plate 10 to stack the plurality of disk plates 10.
Herein, the inner circumferential surfaces of the central through holes 10b to 10e of the disk plate 10 may be an asymmetric structure in an irregular oval shape or may be formed in a cross shape or a plurality of saw-toothed structures and a polygonal surface where the inner circumferential surface of the through hole is subdivided at a fine angle. However, the inner circumferential surface is not limited thereto, but may be formed in various shapes.
As shown in FIG. 9, the comb 11 and the brush 12 on the disk plate 10 are formed by a double injection molding.
At this time, the comb 11 may be a single comb structure that is integrally formed and otherwise, a multi-comb structure that is formed in one or more comb.
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the disk plate 10 can be formed by a multi-injection molding so that it has different colors by forming a portion including the comb 11 and the brush 12 or by dividing it into halves or generally has various colors by making several pieces have different colors.
The protrusion length of the comb 11 and the brush 12 on the outer circumferential surface of each disk plate 10 is different, such that they may be formed in a taper structure where the protrusion length becomes short as going to the up direction where the disk plate 10 is stacked.
The shape of the comb 11 and the brush 12 may be formed variously.
In the present invention, as one example, the end of the comb 11 is a rounded cylindrical shape and the end of the brush 12 is formed in a sharp needle shape.
As shown in FIG. 4, the brush 12 may be formed to be extended in a branch shape from the outer circumferential surface of the disk plate or formed so that another branch shape is continuously extended from the branch. In addition, the outer circumferential surfaces of the comb and the brush are coated, making it possible to add a predetermined coating layer.
It is natural that the plurality of disk plates 10 are stacked on the core bar 15 and then, a predetermined separation preventing means (not shown) is finally provided to prevent the disk plates 10 at the edge from separating to the outside of the core bar 15. Meanwhile, the double injection molding of the comb and the brush will be briefly described below.
The mascara according to a first embodiment of the present invention is formed by stacking the plurality of disk plates 10. The disk plate 10 is a disk structure of which the center is formed with a through hole 10a and is manufactured together with the brush by a primary injection molding in a state where a portion of the disk plate is incomplete and the comb 11 is subjected to a secondary injection molding using a material different from that of the brush 12.
Herein, the double injection is performed in sequence that the brush 12 is first molded and the comb is then molded. On the contrary, the injection molding sequence can be adjusted so that the comb 11 is first molded and the brush 12 is then molded.
As such, the injection method using different materials is referred to as the double injection. Herein, describing the double injection in more detail, the double injection performs the molding by filling secondary resin in a space between a secondary cavity and a primary molding product earliest molded by using two injection devices using two or more different resins or resins of two different colors and an injector having a structure where a movable plate are installed with a rotation mechanism or a mold designed to be able to perform the double injection using a core or a slide structure.
Using the double injection, a shape of a product is less limited since the primary side cavity and the secondary side cavity are accurately replaced and the width of product application is wide such that the design of the product can be various. Further, the general injection according to the related art manufactures a product by molding it with two parts twice and performing a secondary processing such as a welding process or a coating process, while the double injection manufactures a product by molding it at a time, such that it has advantages in reducing cost as well as manufacturing the products of various designs.
FIGS. 11 and 12 show mascara according to a second embodiment of the present invention. A disk plate 20 is a panel shape of which the outer circumferential surface forms a polygonal surface. The outer circumferential surface is provided with a comb 21 and a brush 22 that are protruded to be radially extended. The stacking means is configured to include a base plate 25 having the disk plate stacked on the upper surface thereof and a plurality of upright pillars 26 that stand along an edge of the base plate 25 but are arranged to be spaced at a predetermined interval from each other so that the comb 21 and the brush 22 of the disk plate 20 are exposed to the outside.
The mascara according to the above configuration sequentially stacks the disk plate 20 on the base plate 25 of the stacking means but the combs 21 and the brushes 22 of these disk plates 20 are stacked to be protruded to the outside through a gap between the upright pillars 26, making it possible to complete predetermined mascara.
Meanwhile, the stacking of the plurality of disk plates 20 completes and the disk plate 20 on the top disk plate 20 can then be firmly fixed by a predetermined separation preventing means (not shown) to prevent the top disk plate 20 from separating to the outside.
FIGS. 13 and 14 shows mascara according to a third embodiment of the present invention. A disk plate 30 is a panel shape of which the outer circumferential surface forms a polygonal surface. The outer circumferential surface is provided with a comb 31 and a brush 32 that are protruded to be radially extended. The stacking means is a structure where each protruded stumbling protrusions 30a and each stumbling sill 30b in a structure having a sill formed in a penetrated inside portion are alternately formed on the bottom surfaces of each disk plate 30 along a circumferential direction so that the stumbling protrusions 30a and the stumbling sills 30b are coupled to stumbling sills 30b and stumbling protrusions 30a of other disk plates 30 that are overlap each other.
The predetermined mascara according to the above configuration can be completed by sequentially stacking the plurality of disk plates 30 while the stumbling protrusion 30a that is a moment stacking means to overlap each disk plate 30 each other is inserted and hooked into the corresponding stumbling sill 30b and the stumbling protrusion 30a of another disk plate 30 is inserted and hooked into the stumbling sill 30b.
Herein, since each of the stumbling protrusion 30a and the stumbling sill 30b is coupled to be engaged with each other, there is no separation preventing means, etc. to prevent the disk plate 30 from separating to the outside.
Meanwhile, the outer circumferential surfaces of each of the disk plates 20 and 30 are formed in a polygonal shape, but can be configured in a circular form.
FIGS. 15 and 16 shows mascara according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention. A disk plate 40 is a panel shape of which the outer circumferential surface forms a circular shape. The outer circumferential surface is provided with a comb 41 and a brush 42 that are protruded to be radially extended. The stacking means is a structure where each protruded coupling protrusion 40a and each penetrated coupling hole 40b are alternately formed on the bottom surfaces of each disk plate 40 along a circumferential direction so that the coupling protrusions 40a and the coupling holes 40b are mutually coupled to coupling holes 40b and coupling protrusions 40a of other disk plates 40 that overlap each other.
The predetermined mascara according to the above configuration can be completed by sequentially stacking the plurality of disk plates 40 while the coupling protrusion 40a that is a moment stacking means to overlap each disk plate 40 each other is inserted and coupled into the corresponding coupling holes 40b and the coupling protrusions 40a of other disk plates 40 is inserted into the coupling hole 40b and they are engaged with each other in a fitting manner.
Herein, since the coupling protrusion 40a and the coupling hole 40b are engaged and coupled with each other, there is no separation preventing means, etc. to prevent the disk plate 40 from separating to the outside.
FIGS. 17 and 18 shows mascara according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention. The upper portion of the outer circumferential surface of the disk plate 50 becomes a curved portion 50a parallel to a shaft direction, the lower portion thereof becomes an inclined cone portion 50b, and the upper portion of the inner circumferential surface is a cup shape where a cone portion 50c has the same slope as the outside cone portion 50b. The stacking means is formed in a structure where the lower cone portion 50b is inserted into the upper inner portion of the another disk plate 50 and coupled by a ultrasonic welding, etc. in a state where they overlap each other.
Herein, the upper curved portion 50a of the disk plate 50 is provided with the plurality of combs 51/brushes 52 to be radially extended.
The predetermined mascara according to the above configuration can be completed by stacking each disk plate 50 while the mutually overlapped outside lower cone portion 50b surface-contacts the inside upper cone portion 50c and sequentially stacking the plurality of disk plates 50 and then bonding them through the stacking means such as welding or adhesive.
Herein, since each disk plate 50 is firmly bonded by a predetermined adhesive, there is no separation preventing means, etc. to prevent the disk plate 40 from separating to the outside.
As described above, the disk plate stacking (assembling) type mascara can be completed by stacking the disk plate in a thin panel shape of which the outer circumferential surface is formed with the comb and the brush, making it possible to make the stacking arrangement of the disk various. For example, the comb may be formed in a continuously inclined helical structure along the circumference. As a result, the comb/brush can be arranged as desired such that the external appearance of the mascara can be various and gorgeous.
