Abstract

　正面フライスカッタなどの切削工具において、刃先位置の微調整をチップの固定力を緩めずに行えるようにして加工の安定性向上、加工精度の更なる向上、チップの寿命向上などを図れるようにすることを課題としている。 　本体部２と、先端にチップ座４が設けられ、さらに、本体部２との間に第１のスリット５が設けられたチップ支持部３と、そのチップ支持部を本体部２につなぐ連結部６と、チップ支持部３から延び出させた入力部７と、反力を前記本体部２で受けながら入力部７に力を加えて連結部６を弾性変形させる調整ねじ８を備えさせ、第１のスリット５の開放端側に入力部７を配置して刃先調整機構１Ａを構成した。
