Abstract

【課題】排出される過熱済気体への液体の巻き込みを防止した気体の加熱装置等を提供する。 【解決手段】使用環境における雰囲気温度以上にて沸点を有する気体を加熱する加熱装置を第1の筒状体20と、第1の筒状体の一方の端部から被加熱気体を第1の筒状体内に導入する導入管路10と、第1の筒状体の内部に挿入され、導入管路側と反対側の端部で第1の筒状体と連通する第2の筒状体50と、第2の筒状体の内部に挿入され、第1の筒状体と第2の筒状体とが連通する側と反対側の端部で第2の筒状体と連通する第3の筒状体70と、第3の筒状体から加熱済気体を排出する排出管路と、導入管路から排出管路までの気体流路内に設けられ、被加熱気体を加熱する加熱手段60と、を備え、第1の筒状体の一部に被加熱気体が凝縮して生じる液体の滞留部分80を設けた構成とする。
