Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet une soupape de moteur qui, tout en empêchant une augmentation de poids de l'ensemble du corps de celle-ci, permet d'améliorer l'efficacité du rayonnement thermique. La soupape de moteur comprend une coque (12) d'une structure creuse, un capuchon (14) pour obturer une extrémité ouverte de la coque (12) et un conducteur thermique (16) adhérant étroitement à une surface de partie creuse de la coque (12), le conducteur thermique (16) se composant de feuilles de métal (22, 24) qui possèdent, interposée entre elles, de la fibre de carbone (20) ayant, par rapport aux métaux, un poids plus léger et une conductivité thermique supérieure. Lorsque la chaleur provenant de la chambre de combustion est acheminée au capuchon (14), la chaleur est acheminée, à travers le capuchon (14) et la feuille de métal (18), jusqu'à la coque (12) et au conducteur thermique (16). Bien qu'une partie de la chaleur soit acheminée de la partie conique (12b) à la partie tige (12a) de la coque (12), la majorité de la chaleur est non seulement acheminée de la partie conique (16b) à la partie tige (16a) du conducteur thermique (16) mais aussi de la partie tige (16a) du conducteur thermique (16) à la partie tige (12a) de la coque (12). La chaleur s'irradie du bord supérieur de la coque (12) vers l'environnement.
