Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de vaporisation d'un liquide, du type comprenant un corps creux (21, 41) ayant un axe longitudinal (33, 46) et dont la paroi interne délimite une chambre (32, 51) d'admission du liquide, une bougie (22, 44) fixée au corps creux et munie d'un élément chauffant (30, 45) débouchant dans ladite chambre, des moyens (23, 49) d'amenée du liquide dans ladite chambre en contact avec ledit élément chauffant, et une sortie (29, 42) du liquide vaporisé. Selon l'invention, lesdits moyens (23, 49) d'amenée de liquide sont fixés audit corps creux (21, 41) et positionnés sensiblement selon ledit axe longitudinal (33, 46). L'invention s'applique tout particulièrement à la régénération par chauffage d'un filtre à particules placé dans la conduite des gaz d'échappement d'un véhicule automobile.
