Le système est constitué d'une pluralité de plaques chauffantes (100), à circulation intérieure d'un fluide caloporteur, intercalées avec des plaques de solution descendante équipées de moyens de diffusion de la solution (S) pour améliorer l'échange thermique avec le fluide caloporteur, des passages étant prévus entre les plaques chauffantes (100) pour la circulation selon un mouvement ascendant de la phase vapeur (V) séparée de la solution.
