Abstract
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Fassaden- oder Dachelement zur Anbringung an einem Gebäude, mit einer Außenwand, mit einer Innenwand (10) und mit einem zwischen der Außen- und der Innenwand (10) angeordneten, thermischen Latentspeicher (14), wobei die Außenwand als transparente Wärmedämmung (TWD) ausgebildet ist und wobei im Latentspeicher eine fluidführende Leitung (26) angeordnet ist. Ein Fassaden- oder Dachelement zu schaffen bei dem eine schnelle Wärmeübertragung zwischen der fluidführenden Leitung und dem Latentspeicher erfolgt wird dadurch erreicht, dass der Latentspeicher mindestens eine wärmeleitfähige, offenporige Leichtbauplatte (24) umfasst, in der ein Speichermedium (28), vorzugsweise ein Phase Change Material (PCM), gehalten ist und dass die Leichtbauplatte (24) thermischen Kontakt mit der fluidführenden Leitung (26) hat.
