发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于, 克服现有技术中的上述缺陷, 提供一种方便 移动的制冷器。
本实用新型的另一目的是提供一种高效节能的便携式制冷器。
本实用新型提供的技术方案如下:构造一种便携式制冷器 ,包括壳体、 壳体内的制冷装置和散热装置、 以及控制电路板, 所述壳体的前上部设有 出风口、 前下部设有进风口, 所述制冷装置包括至少一个由两个呈倒阶梯 状排列的电子制冷器所组成的电子制冷器组、 以及包覆电子制冷器组的保 温系统; 所述散热装置包括: 循环泵、 进水管、 水箱、 出水管、 以及连接 在所述水箱中部的软管, 所述进水管一端连接制冷装置上部、 另一端连接 水箱下部, 所述出水管一端连接制冷装置下部、 另一端连接水箱上部, 水 箱上部设有散热片, 所述软管一端连接在水箱的中部, 另一端延伸至进风 口处, 在所述出风口处设有排气风扇, 在所述进风口处设有进气风扇。 所述制冷装置包括至少两个电子制冷器组, 所述至少两个电子制冷器 组也呈呈倒阶梯状排列。
在所述壳体的一侧, 对应所述水箱处设有水标。
在所述壳体的底面上均布有若干脚轮。
在所述壳体的顶部, 对应所述排气风扇处设有若干进风口。
所述控制电路板上设有传感器, 所述控制电路板可以使得制冷器具有 三个制冷强度不同的工作状态。
本实用新型具有如下优点: 采用若干呈倒阶梯状排列电子制冷器取代 压缩机、 冷冻机, 可以实现逐级制冷, 方便移动; 而且同时具有风冷水冷 两种方式, 可实现瞬时制冷; 工作时, 进行多次空气交换, 充分利用冷源。 附图说明

具体实施方式
参照图 1、 图 2, 提供一种便携式制冷器 ,包括壳体 1、 制冷装置、 散 热装置、 以及控制电路板, 壳体 1的前上部设有出风口 10、 前下部设有进 风口 11, 在壳体 1的底面上均布有四个脚轮 13以方便移动, 可用于居室、 童车、 露营等场所。
制冷装置包括八个电子制冷器 4, 电子制冷器 4两个为一组, 呈倒阶 梯状排列, 四个电子制冷器组之间也呈倒阶梯状排列, 八个电子制冷器 4 竖直地设在壳体 1内靠近面板的一侧, 实现逐级制冷, 电子制冷器组外面 包覆有保温系统 5, 制冷装置用以实现风冷制冷。 散热装置包括: 循环泵 (图中未示出)、 进水管 7、 水箱 2、 出水管 8、 以 及连接在所述水箱 2中部的软管 9, 进水管 7—端连接制冷装置上部、 另 一端连接水箱 2下部, 出水管 8—端连接制冷装置下部、 另一端连接水箱 2上部, 水箱 2上部设有散热片 3, 软管 9一端连接在水箱 2的中部, 另 一端延伸至进风口 11 处, 散热装置用以实现水冷制冷。 而且, 冷却水经 过进水管 7、 制冷装置、 出水管 8进入到水箱 2, 可以充分利用电子制冷 器的冷源; 将软管 9一端连接在水箱 2的中部, 另一端延伸至进风口 11 处, 可以充分利用水箱的冷源。
在出风口 10处设有排气风扇 6, 在进风口 11处设有进气风扇 16。 在 壳体 1的顶部, 对应排气风扇 6处设有若干进风口 14。通过上述风冷制冷 和水冷制冷两种制冷方式的同时使用, 可以实现瞬时制冷, 在四分钟之内 使得出风口温度低于环境温度 16- 18 ° 。
在壳体 1的一侧, 对应水箱 2处设有水标 12, 壳体 1的顶部设有注水 口 15。 控制电路板上设有传感器, 可以实现遥控, 通过控制电路板可以使 得制冷器具有三个制冷强度不同的工作状态。
