Abstract

L'invention porte sur un système de gestion de document électronique pour stocker intégralement et gérer des documents ou des informations en ligne. Une pluralité de serveurs d'entreprise et de terminaux individuels stockent les documents ou informations dans des dépôts respectifs qui sont individuellement gérés par les serveurs d'entreprise et terminaux individuels respectifs. Une boîte aux lettres électronique intégrée au client collecte et gère les documents ou informations, gérés dans les dépôts, sur la base d'une procédure autorisée. Un dépôt de document électronique certifié assure l'originalité légale des documents ou informations sur la base d'une authentification pour les documents ou informations. Le dépôt de document électronique certifié retient les documents ou informations tout en incluant un certificat officiel pour les documents ou informations collectés et des informations de signature numérique pour le certificat officiel dans celui-ci. Le dépôt de document électronique certifié est exploité sur un réseau intégré à celui de la boîte aux lettres électronique intégrée au client.
