Abstract

　膝関節を含む下肢の２次元断層画像を入力し、入力した画像から大腿骨及び膝関節を含む脛骨の３次元画像を表示する画像表示ステップS101，S102と、大腿骨及び脛骨の各膝関節の３次元画像から置換する人工関節を決定する人工関節決定ステップS103～S105，S106～S108と、大腿骨側の人工関節決定ステップS103～S105で決定した人工関節と膝関節の参照点とに基づき、大腿骨内に挿入する髄内アライメントロッドを用いた人工膝関節置換術で使用する各種パラメータを決定するパラメータ決定ステップS113，S114とをコンピュータで実行する。
