Abstract
本発明にかかる無機構造物の作製方法は、基材上に無機構造物を作製する方法であって、無機物とバインダー樹脂とを含むペーストを基材に塗布してペースト層を形成する塗布工程aと、上記ペースト層にインプリントによって構造物の形状を転写する転写工程と、上記バインダー樹脂を焼成して除去する焼成工程bと、を含む作製方法である。上記のペーストは、セルロースおよび可塑剤を含むバインダー樹脂と、無機物とを含有している。これにより、簡単かつ少ない工程で所望の形状を有する無機構造物を安価に作製する方法を提供することができる。
