Abstract

　動画像を構成する複数のピクチャを含むストリームにおけるエラーの有無を判定し、リアルタイムでの動画像の再生エラーを防止すること。この課題を解決するため、処理用係数決定部（１６１）は、ストリームのフォーマットに基づいて処理用係数を決定する。対象ＰＴＳ決定部（１６２）は、入力されたＰＴＳ値に処理用係数を乗算し、ピクチャの連続性判定に用いる対象ＰＴＳとする。基準ＰＴＳ算出部（１６３）は、対象ＰＴＳを基準ＰＴＳの初期値とし、順次１ピクチャあたりのＰＴＳ値に対応する増分を加算して、対象ＰＴＳと比較される基準ＰＴＳを算出する。差分算出部（１６４）は、対象ＰＴＳと基準ＰＴＳとの差分を算出する。閾値判定部（１６５）は、差分の絶対値を閾値となる処理用係数と比較し、差分の絶対値が処理用係数未満であるか否かを判定する。
