Abstract

 近接センサは、発振回路、振幅測定回路、制御回路及び信号処理回路を有する。発振回路は、LC共振回路と、電流を該LC共振回路に供給して、発振電圧を該LC共振回路に発生させるように構成される発振制御回路とを有する。振幅測定回路は、該発振電圧の振幅に対応する振幅信号を発生するように構成される。制御回路は、該振幅信号に基づいて、該発振制御回路の負性コンダクタンスを、該LC共振回路が発振することができる臨界値に設定するように構成される。信号処理回路は、前記負性コンダクタンスに関連するパラメータに基づいて、対象物と該検知コイルとの間の距離に対応する距離信号を生成するように構成される。
