Abstract

 本発明は、簡便な方法で微細な凹凸部構造の形成ができ、ブロッキング耐性に優れたフィルムの製造方法を提供する。このフィルムの製造方法は、可撓性樹脂フィルム上に、インクジェット記録装置よりインク液体を吐出して凸部構造を形成する製造方法で、該インク液体が、微粒子を固形分濃度で0.1質量%以上、5.0質量%以下と、沸点が200°C以下のアルコール系有機溶媒を50質量%以上含有し、凸部構造が、高さ0.05乃至0.5μmの凸部構造を0.1mm2当たり1乃至1×104個有し、インクジェット記録装置がライン方式の記録ヘッドを有し、記録ヘッドは吐出口までインク液体を案内するインク流路と、インク流路内のインク液体を吐出するための圧電素子を備え、圧電素子は該インク液体の吐出休止時にインク液体を吐出させない電圧波形で該吐出口のインクメニスカスを微振動させて、インク流路内のインク液体を攪拌することを特徴とする。
