Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de fabrication d'un film, qui permet de former une structure convexe et concave fine de façon simple et qui permet de fabriquer un film présentant une excellente résistance au blocage. Le procédé de fabrication d'un film comprend l'injection d'une encre liquide sur un film de résine flexible par un appareil d'enregistrement à jet d'encre, pour former une structure convexe. Le procédé de fabrication est caractérisé en ce que l'encre liquide ne contient pas moins de 0,1 % en masse et pas plus de 5,0 % en masse de particules fines, sur une base de teneur en matières solides, et pas moins de 50 % en masse d'un solvant organique alcoolique présentant un point d'ébullition inférieur ou égal à 200 °C, le nombre de structures convexes présentant une hauteur de 0,05 à 0,5 µm étant de 1 x 104 pour 0,1 mm2, l'appareil d'enregistrement à jet d'encre comporte une tête d'enregistrement de type ligne, la tête d'enregistrement comporte un passage d'écoulement d'encre pour guider une encre liquide vers un orifice d'éjection et un élément piézoélectrique pour éjecter l'encre liquide présente à l'intérieur du passage d'écoulement d'encre et, pendant l'arrêt de l'éjection de l'encre liquide, l'élément piézoélectrique fait vibrer par microvibrations un ménisque d'encre au niveau de l'orifice d'éjection par une forme d'onde de tension telle que l'encre liquide n'est pas éjectée, ce par quoi l'encre liquide présente à l'intérieur du passage d'écoulement d'encre est agitée.
