Abstract
本発明の輝尽性蛍光体前駆体及び輝尽性蛍光体は、下記一般式(2)で表される希土類賦活ヨウ化フッ化バリウム輝尽性蛍光体前駆体に、下記一般式(1)で表される耐湿性物質が被覆されたことを特徴とする。 一般式(1):(Ba1-xM2
x)F1-aX1+a:yM1,zLn
一般式(2): (Ba1-xM2
x)FI:yM1,zLn
(式中、M2 はMg,Ca,Sr,Zn及びCdから選ばれるアルカリ土類金属原子、M1
はLi,Na,K,Rb及びCsから選ばれるアルカリ金属原子、XはF、Cl、及びBrから選ばれるハロゲン原子、LnはCe,Pr,Sm,Eu,Gd,Tb,Tm,Dy,Ho,Nd,Er及びYbから選ばれる希土類金属原子。x,y,z及びaは、それぞれ0≦x<0.5、0≦y≦0.05、0≦z≦0.2、-0.5≦a≦0.5の範囲の数値を示す。)
