Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé par lequel une grande quantité de plaques de céramique peut être fabriquée tout en inhibant de manière suffisante l'apparition de gauchissement, d'ondulations ou autres défauts. Le procédé pour la fabrication de plaques de céramique comporte les étapes suivantes : des plaques vertes de céramique et des cales d'espacement poreuses de céramique sont superposés de façon alternée sur un support d'enfournement de céramique, et un dispositif de serrage pour la cuisson est placé en tant que poids sur la plaque supérieure des plaques et des cales d'espacement pour donner un empilement ; et les plaques vertes dans l'empilement sont cuites pour produire des plaques de céramique. Le procédé est caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de serrage pour la cuisson est poreux et comprend au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par l'alumine, la zircone, la mullite et la cordiérite et présente un module statique en flexion tel que mesuré conformément à JIS R1659 de 5-15 MPa.
