Abstract

This caulking gun contains the silicone sealant. The Front parts consist of the Sealant support frame (11) which included the Support plate (12) with Nozzle holder (12a). The Rear parts consist of Body (10) with Gun handle (13), Push-rod (20) which connected Sealant support frame (11) through the rear of Body (20) and Operation section (14), Pressure plate (21), Onward part (30) and Release part (40). The Onward part (30) in the Operation section (14) contains Onward plate restoration spring (31), Onward plate (32) and Trigger (33). The Release parts (40) contain Lock/unlock plate (42), Bracket (41) and Stop restoration spring (43). The above functions and ameliorations bring more convenience of usages and upgraded duration and operation. The Stop restoration spring (43) supports Onward plate (32) so that Trigger (33) moves smoothly and less power. Withdraw of push-rod operates automatically and immediately, length of Elongation spring (50) is same as space between the pressure plate in the sealant and edge of body therefore operate right away without any pretreatment unlike common caulking gun. Due to structure of Support plate (12) and Sealant holder (15), the pressure of sealant decentralizes so that it prevents from any damage and break also support ease replacement of the sealant.

Technical Field
[1] This invention is about the caulking gun which is operated with silicone sealant. This caulking gun could dock and remove the sealant simply and push-rod withdraws immediately and automatically just pushing Lock/unlock plate.

[3] The silicone uses various construction areas and this silicone contains into the sealant. And a caulking gun needs to use this sealant.
[4] Common caulking guns consist of the parts as marked figure 6. There is the Sealant support frame (11), which supplied the Support plate (12) with Nozzle container (12a) in the front parts. The rear parts are included the Body (10) with the Gun handle (13), the Push-rod (20) which penetrated from Operation section (14) toward Sealant support frame (11), Onward part (30) which could move toward Push-rod (20), and Release part (40) which move backward Push-rod (20). The Onward parts (30) installed in Operating section (14) consist of Onward plate restoration spring (31), Onward plate (32) which assembled in Push-rod (20) and trigger (33) which controlled Onward plate (32). The Release parts (40) are with Lock/unlock plate (42) which assembled in bracket (41) and combined through Push-rod (20), and Stop restoration spring (43).

[6] However the common caulking gun have lots problem on usages. After docking the sealant, it should need pretreatment and bear the redundant work. Common caulking gun prepares to connect between Pressure plate (21) and that of the sealant. Also after finish caulking work, it takes lots of redundant time to remove and replace the sealant. To remove the sealant, pull back the Push-rod (20) manually. Recent silicone guns modified the sealant replacement problem and supplying the motor considering its convenience. But these modified guns still have troubles on body s duration, immediate push-rod withdraw, supplying electricity or battery and its weight.

Technical Problem
[8] In order to solve the above problems, this invention shows quick sealant replacement by immediate push-rod release so that it improves more convenient work and reduce pretreatment for usages. To hold the sealant stably and ease sealant replacement, the nozzle container need for amelioration due to its duration. [9]
Technical Solution
[10] To solve these technical problems, the Elongation spring (50) contain between
Pressure plate (21) and Push-rod (20). Due to the elongation power of the elongation spring (50), Push-rod (20) withdraws automatically and immediately on pushing lock/ unlock plate (42).
[11] The nozzle container is also ameliorated as figure 5, so the Sealant holder (15) is able to grab the sealant completely. And the Sealant holder (15) develops for decentralize the pressure of the sealant. It prevents body s break and damage and also quick sealant replacement. Lock/unlock plate (42) locates rear side in operation section (14) which installed Onward Part (30). The stop restoration spring (43) has the function of forward movement so Trigger (33) could use smoothly.

Advantageous Effects
[13] This caulking gun with above functions has following advantages, the trigger moves smoothly. The push-rod releases immediately and automatically. On docking the sealant, it could use right away without any pretreatment. The sealant holder is open/ close type and could hold the sealant completely. The replacement of the sealant is more comfortable. These functions should be brought more convenient caulking work.

Claims
[1] The caulking gun which could contains the Elongation spring (50) between
Pressure plate (21) and Body (10) and fixes the each edge of the Elongation spring (50) between Pressure plate (21) and Body (10), and which assembled with the following parts. The front parts consist of Sealant support frame (11) which included Sealant holder (12) with Nozzle container (12a). The rear parts are included the Body (10) with the Gun handle (13), the Push-rod (20) which penetrated from operation section (14) toward Sealant support frame (11), Onward part (30) which could move toward Push-rod (20), and Release part (40) which move backward Push-rod (20).
The Onward parts (30) installed in Operating section (14) consist of Onward plate restoration spring (31), Onward plate (32) which assembled in Push-rod (20) and trigger (33) which controlled Onward plate (32). The Release parts (40) contains Lock/unlock plate (42) which assembled in bracket (41) and combined through Push-rod (20), and Stop restoration spring (43).

(12) and Sealant holder (15). And Sealant holder (15) assembled with Support plate(12) by pin in order to open and close.
