Abstract

生体分子を信頼性を確保したまま網羅的に分離分析するために、生化学サンプルの前処理を省略することができ、且つ、分離能をできるだけ高くすると同時に検出感度を高くできる分離溶媒及び分離方法を開発すること。 本発明は、チアジアゾールを含む溶媒に生体分子を可溶化するステップを含むことを特徴とする生体分子の分離分析方法と、チアジアゾールを含むことを特徴とする生体分子の分離分析用液体組成物と、該分離分析用液体組成物を含む生体分子分離分析用キットとを提供する。本発明の生体分子の分離分析方法は、前記溶媒に可溶化された生体分子を電気泳動法で分離するステップを含む場合がある。本発明の生体分子の分離分析方法は、前記溶媒に可溶化された生体分子をクロマトグラフィー法で分離するステップを含む場合がある。
