Abstract

　光源から放射される光線を、往復回動駆動される可動ミラーによって偏向する偏向装置において、ミラー部の駆動周波数や駆動電圧を高くすることなく、また、磁石やヨーク等を大型にすることなく２倍のスキャン速度が得られるようにすることを目的とする。偏向装置における可動ミラー４２が、第１ミラー面４２ａと第１ミラー面４２ａと反射方向が異なる第２ミラー面４２ｂとを有するＶ字構造体ミラーで構成され、可動部４１に対し、第１ミラー面と第２ミラー面が交わる稜線と可動部４１の回動軸Ａｘ２とを含む面を境に左右対称に設けられる。これにより、Ｖ字構造体ミラーの往復回動運動の前半の半周期間に第１ミラー面４２ａで２ライン分のスキャンを行ない、後半の半周期間に第２ミラー面４２ｂでさらに２ライン分のスキャンを行うことによって可動部４１の１周期の往復回動運動で４ライン分のスキャンを行うことができる。
