Abstract

 撮像装置により撮影された動画を閲覧する場合にその動画の内容を容易に把握させる。カメラワーク検出部120は、動画入力部110から入力された動画の撮影時における撮像装置の動き量を検出して、この撮像装置の動き量に基づいて、画像を変換するためのアフィン変換パラメータをフレーム毎に算出する。画像変換部160は、算出されたアフィン変換パラメータに基づいて、撮像画像または画像メモリ170に保持されている履歴画像のうちの少なくとも一方をフレーム毎にアフィン変換する。画像合成部180は、少なくとも1つが変換された撮像画像および履歴画像をフレーム毎に合成するとともに、この合成された画像を画像メモリ170に保持させる。そして、画像合成部180により合成された画像が表示部191に表示される。
