Abstract

クリプトコッカス属、ジベレラ属、又はウスチラゴ属等の微生物が産生するリパーゼに酵素活性が上昇する変異を導入した変異型リパーゼを油脂に作用させて、グリセロールを生成させることにより、グリセロールを製造する。また、得られたグリセロールを炭素源として含む培地でアミノ酸等の目的物質を産生する微生物を培養することにより、目的物質を製造する。
