Abstract

センサ部(2)の常時の動作確認が行えるように、センサ部(2)に光と放射線に有感な検出素子(7)を設け、発光素子(9)からの光パルス信号を用いたセンサ部2のセンサ動作確認機能を、センサ部(2)に接続するモニタモジュール部(3)から制御し、検出素子(7の動作確認のための光パルスを発生させた際に、センサ部(2)からの出力をモニタモジュール部(3)での演算から除外することにより、光パルスによる動作確認の影響を受けないようにし、またセンサ部(2)の出力が高計数率の場合にはセンサ動作確認機能を停止する構成を、センサ部(2)及びモニタモジュール部(3)の両方にわたって設けるようにする。
