Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines seilartigen Federelementhalbzeugs (10) bei demein Feder-Kernkörper (20) und eine den FederKernkörper (20) umgebende Verstärkungsfaser-Umhüllung (30), die wenigstens ein Faser-Filament (32) aufweist, bereitgestellt wird. Zumindest die VerstärkungsfaserUmhüllung (30) wird mit einem flüssigen oder pastösen, aushärtbaren Matrixwerkstoff (78) getränkt und dadurch eine vorläufige gegenseitige Anordnung des Feder-Kernkörpers (20) und der Verstärkungsfaser-Umhüllung (30) festgelegt und eine vorbestimmte Querschnittsform des Federelementhalbzeugs (10) ausgebildet. Ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines spiralförmigen Federelementes (200) mittels eines Federelementhalbzeugs (10), umfasst die Schritte des Wickeln des getränkten und/oder zumindest teilweise ausgehärteten Federelementhalbzeugs (10) um einen Formgebungskörper (100) mit einer Oberfläche, die auf die endgültige geometrische Form des Federelementes (200) abgestimmt ist und/oder diese abbildet und das vollständige Aushärten (118) des flüssigen oder pastösen, aushärtbaren Matrixwerkstoffs (78), wodurch das spiralförmiges Federelement (200) gebildet wird. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung ein Werkzeug (40) zur Bearbeitung eines seilartigen Federelementhalbzeugs (10) und einen Formgebungskörper (100) zur Umformung eines seilartigen Federelementhalbzeugs (10) in ein spiralförmiges Federelementhalbzeug. Schließlich betrifft die Erfindung ein spiralförmiges Federelement (200) mit einem hohlen, rohrartigen Faserverbundwerkstoff-Federelementkörper und ein Verfahren sowie eine Vorrichtung zur Herstellung eines spiralförmigen Federelementes (200).
