―随着科技产业蓬勃发展, 使得现代上班族常因压力过大, 而 长期饱受失眠之苦, 进而因为没有舒适的睡眠质量而衍生出焦 虑、 忧郁、 肩颈酸痛、 腰酸背痛、 头痛、 倦怠感、 心悸、 掉发等 文明病的困扰。 因此, 为使人们可享有舒适的睡眠质量, 一般业 者通常是针对 "床垫 "做改良, 一般所知的床垫款式五花八门, 有 标榜记忆床、 健康床、 能量床..等; 然而, 现有床垫的共通点皆在 于被动支撑, 是透过床内的弹簧将使用者身体的支撑, 然而, 实 际上弹簧是受力下压, 并无实际的支撑行为, 使其并无法解决使 用者长期失眠之苦。
由此可见, 上述现有物品仍有诸多缺失, 确实不是良好的设 计, 而亟待加以改良。
发明内容
鉴于现有床垫的上述各项缺点, 本发明的目的即在于提供一 种使用者在购买床的同时, 即进行使用者身体曲线的量测, 并将 量测完成的曲线记忆在健康床的控制电路中, 当有人躺在该床上 时, 该健康床即会判断目前躺在床上是否为原使用者, 若是, 依 照事先记忆的曲线, 调整床内的升降装置动作, 以主动提供人体 曲线支撑, 使得使用者可享有舒适睡眠质量的可调整人体脊椎曲 线的健康床。
本发明的次一目的在于提供一种操作简易、 容易组装及高实
确认本 用性等诸多优点的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床。
.可达成上述目的的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床, 包括有数 组升降装置, 该每一组升降装置皆被床垫及床包所包覆; 该升降 装置包含有一底板, 该底板上延伸有数支撑架, 并于底板中央处 上固结有一马达, 该马达的动力输出轴为一螺杆, 该螺杆与一活 动座的中央处相螺合, 使该活动座可通 螺杆的带动, 而作上、 下移动, 致使活动座位于底座上方, 并受到支撑架支撑, 以增加 活动座的稳定度, 并于活动座上设置有数弹性体, 该弹性体内设 置有感测棒, 该感测棒穿置出活动座底面, 使得底座侧面上的高 度传感器可侦测到弹性体下降高度, 并将高度传感器及马达与一 控制电路相连接; 当使用者欲购买该健康床时, 即会透过控制电 路先将使用者身体曲线记忆储存; 若有人平躺于该床垫时, 该控 制电路即会判断是否为原使用者, 若是, 即会驱使马达带动活动 座向上提升至所需高度, 以将健康床的床垫调整至人体最自然脊 椎曲线, 导致使用者身体处于最松弛状态, 而达到最佳舒眠的效 果。

请参阅图 1及图 2所示, 本发明所提供的可调整人体脊椎曲线 的健康床, 主要包括有数组升降装置 10, 该数组升降装置 10是等 距排列, 并受到床垫及床包 101所包覆, 以形成一健康床 100; 该 升降装置 10包括:
一底板 1, 该底板 1的两端部向上延伸有边板 11, 并于底板 1 顶面向上延伸有数支撑架 12, 该支撑架 12的高度与边板 11等高, 该边板 11上设置有高度传感器 13, 并于底板 1中央处上固结有一马 达 14, 该马达 14的动力输出轴 141为一螺杆 (图中标错) ;
一活动座 2, 该活动座 2上为一定位槽 21, 该定位槽 21上等距 设置有数孔洞 (图中未标示) , 并于定位槽的中央处设置有一螺 孔 (图中未标示) , 且该定位槽 21上等距排列有数弹性体 22, 该 弹性体 22与定位槽 21上的孔洞相对应, 使得弹性体 22内的感测棒 23可经定位槽 21上孔洞贯穿出活动座 2的底面; 将活动座 2的螺孔 与马达 14的动力输出轴 141相螺合, 使得活动座 2位于底座 1顶面, 并受到边板 11及支撑架 12的支撑, 且活动座 2并可透过马达 14的动 力输出轴 141的带动, 而作上、 下的移动;
一控制电路 3, 该控制电路 3是与每一组升降装置 10的高度传 感器 13及马达 14相连接, 其在接收到高度传感器 13的高度信号 时, 即会依照接收的信号驱使每一组升降装置 10的马达 14动作, 使得马达 14的动力输出轴 14可带动活动座 2向上或向下移动。
请参阅图 3A、 图 3B所示, 是本发明的操作示意图, 使用者 4 可先平躺于该床垫上, 使得每一组升降装置 10的活动座 2上的弹性 体 22会依承受力量不同, 而下降不同高度, 至使弹性体 22内的感 测棒 23随之下移, 致使底板 1上的高度传感器 13可检测到弹性体 22 下降的高度, 并将检测结果传送至控制电路 3中储存, 以取得使用 者 4平躺时的身体脊椎曲线。
当有人平躺于该床垫时, 该控制电路 3即会依每组升降装置 10的弹性体 22所下降的高度来判断躺的人是否为原使用者, 若 是, 即会驱使各升降装置 10的马达 14带动活动座 2向上提升至所需 高度, 以将健康床 100的床垫调整至人体最自然脊椎曲线, 以对使 用者 4的脊椎曲线提供主动式支撑, 使得使用者 4躺于床上时, 其 身体是处于最松弛状态, 以达到最佳舒眠的效果。
另请参阅图四所示, 是本发明另一实施示意图, 其中, 于每 一活动座 2上皆放置一弹性体 22, 使得健康床 100是由数组升降装 置 10横向及纵向排列而成, 至于升降装置 10的结构与图一相同, 于此不在赘述。
本发明所提供的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床, 与其它习用 技术相互比较时, 更具有 列优点:
1.本发明先 进行使用者身体曲线的量测, 并将量测完成的曲 线记忆储存在健康床的控制电路中, 当有人躺在该床上时, 该健 康床即会判断目前躺在床上是否为原使用者, 若是, 依照事先记 忆的曲线, 调整床内的升降装置动作, 以主动提供人体曲线支 撑, 使得使用者可享有舒适睡眠质量的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健 康床。
.2.本发明是具有操作简易、 容易组装及高实用性等诸多优 点。

Claims

权利要求
1. 一种可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床, 包括有数组升降装置, 该数组升降装置受到床垫及床包所包覆, 以形成一健康床; 该升降装置包括:
一底板, 其上设置有高度传感器, 并于中央处上固结有一马 达, 该马达具有一动力输出轴;
一活动座, 其上等距排列有至少一个含以上的弹性体, 该弹 性体内设置有感测棒, 该感测棒是穿置出活动座底面; 将活 动座与马达的动力输出轴相结合, 使得活动座位于底座顶 面, 并可透过马达带动活动座作上、 下的移动;
一控制电路, 其是与每一组升降装置的高度传感器及马达相 . 连接, 其于接收到高度传感器的高度信号时, 即会依照所接 收的信号驱使马达动作, 使得马达可带动每一组升降装作的 活动座向上或向下移动不同行程。
2. 按权利要求第 1项所述的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床, 其 中该底板的两端部向上延伸有边板,. 并于底板顶面向上延伸 有数支撑架, 该支撑架的高度与边板等高, 用以支撑该活动 座, 以增加活动座的稳定性。
3. 按权利要求第 2项所述的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床, 其 中该边板上设置有高度传感器, 用以侦测弹性体内的感测棒 下降高度。
4. 按权利要求第 1项所述的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床, 其 中该马达的动力输出轴为一螺杆, 并于活动座上设置有螺 孔, 以通过螺杆带动活动座上、 下移动。
5. 按权利要求第 1项所述的可调整人体脊椎曲线的健康床, 其中 该活动座上为一定位槽, 该定位槽上等距设置有数孔洞, 该 孔洞是供弹性体内的感测棒穿置。
