本发明系关于一种可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:), 特别是 指一种于坐椅之坐垫及背垫中设置有数个升降装置, 透过升降装置主动支 撑人体坐姿脊椎曲线的隙缝, 使得使用者可舒适坐躺于坐椅上之可根据人 体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:)。
背景技术
坐椅种类繁多, 不同的应用场合即有不同的坐椅, 例如沙发椅、 办公 椅、 餐桌椅等皆为应用于不同场合之坐椅。 然而, 上述各种坐椅的主要功 能皆在于提供使用者进行坐持, 以避免人们长期站立。
而坊间一般业者对于坐椅之改良, 大都着墨在坐垫及椅垫的棉垫上, 而对棉垫之诉求重点皆以舒适柔软为主, 除此之外并无其它附加功能。
由此可见, 上述习用物品仍有诸多缺失, 实非一良善之设计者, 而亟 待加以改良。
本案发明人鉴于上述习用床垫所衍生的各项缺点, 乃亟思加以改良创 新, 并经多年苦心孤诣潜心研究后, 终于成功研发完成本件可根据人体坐 姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (一:)。
发明内容
本发明之目的即在于提供一种可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:), 系于坐椅之坐垫及背垫中放置数个升降装置, 使用者在购买该坐椅 的同时, 可先进行升降装置上升位置之设定或于坐躺时再自行调整升降装 置上升位置, 以主动提供人体坐姿脊椎曲线的支撑, 使得使用者可享有舒 适之坐躺。
本发明之次一目的系在于提供一种透过气筒充气的高度推移弹性体, 使弹性体可上升至预定位置之可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:)。
可达成上述发明目的可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:), 包括 有一坐垫及椅垫, 该坐垫及椅垫中皆设置有至少一组以上之升降装置; 该 升降装置包含有一座体、 至少一个以上之气垫、 至少一个以上充气机及控 制装置; 其中, 该座体上设置有一沟槽, 该沟槽接近两侧底端各定位有一 弹性体, 使弹性体立于沟槽中, 且该弹性体之另端并分别支撑一活动杆之
两侧, 使活动杆两侧受到弹性体支撑, 而定位于座体之沟槽, 并可藉由弹 性体之弹力, 而作上、 下之移动, 并于该沟槽之侧壁面内结合有一高度传 感器, 该高度传感器可侦测活动杆下移之距离; 该气垫系放置于座体之顶 面, 该气垫顶面延伸出一感测棒, 该感测棒之另一端部系与活动杆接近贴 合, 并将气垫与一充气机相连接, 使充气机可对气垫充、 放气; 该控制装 置系与高度传感器及充气机相介接。 当使用者坐于该坐椅上时, 该气垫会 受到使用者身体重量之压持, 而带动感测棒下移一行程, 使感测棒会推动 活动杆下移, 致使高度传感器会侦测到活动杆下移高度, 并将侦测结果传 送至控制装置, 该控制装置即会驱使充气机向对应之气垫充气, 使背垫表 面呈现出使用者于坐姿时的脊椎理想曲线, 进而主动支撑使用者之脊椎曲 线, 导致使用者身体处于最松弛状态, 而达到舒适坐姿之目的。

请参阅图 1及图 2A、 2B所示, 系本发明所提供之可根据人体脊椎曲 线调整之座椅 (三:), 主要包括有一坐垫 100及背垫 200, 该坐垫 100及背垫 200中皆设置有数组升降装置 10, 该每一组升降装置 10皆包括:
一座体 1, 该座体 1上设置有一沟槽 11, 该沟槽 11接近两侧底面各延 伸有一定位柱体 12, 该定位柱体 12上分别套设有一弹性体 13, 使弹性体 13立于沟槽 11之两侧中, 并于沟槽 11侧壁面上连结有高度传感器 2; 该 弹性体 12可为弹簧;
一活动杆 3, 该活动杆 3系包含两纵杆 31及一横杆 32, 该横杆 32之 两端系分别固定于两纵杆 31接近中央处, 以将两纵杆 31区分成上、 下段 部,使活动杆 3之断面略成工字型;系将两纵杆 31之下段部分别插设于两 弹性体 12中, 使弹性体 12之另端顶持活动杆 3之横杆 32, 导致活动杆 3 受到弹性体 12支撑,而定位于座体 1之沟槽 11中,并与沟槽 11底面保持 一距离, 使活动杆 3可藉由弹性体 12之弹力, 而作上、 下之移动, 使沟槽 11内之高度传感器 2可侦测活动杆 3下移之距离;
复数个气垫 4,该气垫 4之顶端延伸出一感测棒 5,该感测棒 5系由相 互垂直之横棒 51及纵棒 52所构成,该横棒 51之端部系与气垫 4之顶面相 连接, 并与气垫 4顶面贴合或接近贴合; 系将复数个气垫 4置放于座体 1 之顶面, 使感测棒 5之纵棒 52端部与活动杆 3之横杆 32接近贴合或相贴 合.
一充气机 6, 该充气机 6系透过气管 (图中未标示) 与复数个气垫 4

相连接, 使其可对气垫 4进行充、 泄气;
一控制装置 7, 该控制装置 7系与高度传感器 2及充气机 6相介接, 使得控制装置 7可接收来自高度传感器 2之侦测讯号, 并依侦测之讯号驱 使充气机 6对相对应之复数个气垫 4充气或泄气。
请参阅图 3A、 3B及图 4A、 4B所示, 系本发明之操作示意图, 当使 用者 8坐于该坐椅上时, 该坐椅之坐垫 100及背垫 200内之每一升降装置 10上的复数个气垫 4会因所承受重量的不同, 而别下陷不同高度, 导致感 测棒 5随之下移,并驱使活动杆 3下移,使得每一升降装置 10上之活动杆 3下移距离皆不同,并透过高度传感器 2侦测到每一活动杆 3下移的高度, 并将侦测结果传送至控制装置 7中进行判读, 使控制装置 7可判读出使用 者的坐姿脊椎曲线,并驱使与该脊椎曲线相对应之升降装置 10的充气机 6 经由气管对相对应之复数气垫 4进行充气, 导致气垫 4顶起至所需高度, 由于受到人体脊椎曲线影响, 使每个气垫 4之充气时间皆不同, 以致于每 个气垫 4顶起的高度皆不相同, 致使坐椅之背垫 200呈现出人体最自然坐 姿脊椎理想曲线, 以对使用者 8于坐持时之脊椎曲线提供主动式支撑, 使 得使用者 8坐于坐椅上时, 其身体系处于最松弛状态, 以达到最佳坐姿之 效果; 反之, 若使用者 8离开坐椅时, 该活动杆 3即会复归, 使高度传感 器 2会侦测到活动杆 3复归, 进而将复归信号传送给控制装置 7, 该控制 装置 7即驱使充气机 6对气垫 4进行泄气动作, 使坐垫 100及背垫 200回 复原始状态。
另外, 该控制装置 7并可与一输入接口 (图中未标示) 相连接, 该输 入接口可为遥控器,使得使用者 8坐于该具有升降装置 10之坐椅上时,可 透过输入接口自行调整每一升降装置 10之上升行程,以对使用者 8之坐姿 脊椎曲线提供主动式支撑, 而达到舒适坐姿之功效。
另外,使用者 8亦可在购买坐椅时,直接设定每一组升降装置 10之上 升行程,并将升降装置 10之上升行程记忆在控制装置 7中, 以预先取得使 用者 8的坐姿脊椎曲线。 当有人坐于该记忆完成之坐椅时, 该坐椅内之控 制装置 7即会依照坐垫 100及背垫 200内之每组升降装置 10之活动杆 3 所下降的高度, 来判断坐的人是否为原使用者, 若是, 即会驱使坐垫 100 及背垫 200内之各升降装置 10之充气机 6对所需之气垫 4进行充气,使气 垫 4可顶起至预定位置,导致背垫 200表面呈现出人体最自然的脊椎曲线, 以对使用者 8之坐姿曲线提供主动式支撑, 使得使用者 8坐于坐椅上时,
其身体系处于最松弛状态, 以达到舒适坐姿之功效。
请参阅图 5所示, 系本发明之另一实施示意图, 其中, 该升降装置可 采用一座体 1搭配一气垫 9的组合模式, 以节省气垫 9的使用数量, 并于 气垫 9顶面之两端及接近中央处各延伸出一感测棒 5, 其它构造皆与图 2 相同, 于此不在赘述。
本发明所提供之可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:), 与其它习 用技术相互比较时, 更具有下列之优点:
1.本发明系丁坐椅之坐垫及背垫中放置数个升降装置, 使用者在购买 该坐椅的同时, 可先进行升降装置上升位置之设定或于坐躺时再自行调整 升降装置上升位置, 以主动提供人体坐姿脊椎曲线的支撑, 使得使用者可 享有舒适之坐躺。
2.本发明系具有操作简易、 容易组装及高实用性等诸多优点。
上列详细说明系针对本发明之一可行实施例之具体说明, 惟该实施例 并非用以限制本发明之专利范围, 凡未脱离本发明技艺精神所为之等效实 施或变更, 均应包含于本案之专利范围中。
综上所述, 本案不但在空间型态上确属创新, 并能较习用物品增进上 述多项功效, 应已充分符合新颖性及进歩性之法定发明专利要件, 于是依 法提出申请, 恳请贵局核准本件发明专利申请案, 以励发明, 至感德便。

1.一种可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:), 包括一坐垫及一背 垫, 该坐垫及背垫内皆设有至少一组以上之升降装置, 该升降装置包括: 一座体,其上设置有一沟槽,该沟槽接近两侧底面各定位有一弹性体, 该两弹性体之另端系分别顶持一活动杆之两端, 导致活动杆受到弹性体支 撑, 而与沟槽底面保持一距离, 使活动杆可于沟槽中上、 下移动, 并于沟 槽侧壁面上连结有高度传感器;
复数个气垫, 该每一气垫之顶端皆延伸出一感测棒, 该感测棒之另一 端部与活动杆接近贴合;
一充气机, 其系透过气管与复数个气垫相连接, 使其可对气垫充气或 泄气;
一控制装置, 其系与高度传感器及充气机相介接, 使得控制装置可接 收来自高度传感器之侦测讯号, 并依侦测之讯号驱使充气机对复数个气垫 充气或泄气。
2.如权利要求 1所述之可调整人体脊椎曲线之坐椅 (三:), 其中该座体 沟槽接近两侧底面各延伸有一定位柱体, 该定位柱体系供弹性体套设, 使 弹性体立于沟槽之两侧中。
3.如权利要求 1所述之可调整人体脊椎曲线之坐椅 (三:), 其中该感测 棒之另一端部与活动杆相贴合。
4.如权利要求 1所述之可调整人体脊椎曲线之坐椅 (三:), 其中该活动 杆系包含两纵杆及一横杆,该横杆之两端系分别固定于两纵杆接近中央处, 以将两纵杆区分成上、 下段部; 系将两纵杆之下段部分别插设于两弹性体 中, 使弹性体之另端顶持活动杆之横杆。
5.如权利要求 1所述之可调整人体脊椎曲线之坐椅 (三:), 其中该弹性 体可为弹簧。
6.如权利要求 1所述之一种可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:), 其中该感测棒系由相互垂直之横棒及纵棒所构成, 该横棒端部系与气垫顶 面相接, 而纵棒端部则与活动杆之横杆接近贴合。
7. 一种可根据人体坐姿脊椎曲线调整之坐椅 (三:),包括一坐垫及一背 垫, 该坐垫及背垫内皆设有至少一组以上之升降装置, 该升降装置包括:
一座体,其上设置有一沟槽,该沟槽接近两侧底面各定位有一弹性体, 该两弹性体之另端系分别顶持一活动杆之两端, 导致活动杆受到弹性体支 撑, 而与沟槽底面保持一距离, 使活动杆可于沟槽中上、 下移动, 并于沟 槽侧壁面上连结有高度传感器;

一充气机, 其系透过气管与复数个气垫相连接, 使其可对气垫充气或 泄气;
一控制装置, 其系与高度传感器及充气机相介接, 使得控制装置可接 收来自高度传感器之侦测讯号, 并依侦测之讯号驱使充气机对复数个气垫 充气或泄气。
