Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif de distribution d'un liquide au verre à partir d'une bouteille ou analogue, en particulier de vin, essentiellement constitué par un caisson isolé (2), de réception d'au moins une bouteille de vin (1) ou analogue, comportant un robinet de distribution (3) et un support (4) de bouteille (1) ou analogue, par un moyen (5) de climatisation du caisson (2) et par un ensemble (6) de soutirage raccordé à la bouteille (1) ou analogue, au robinet (3) et à une réserve de gaz inerte sous pression (7). Dispositif caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble de soutirage (6) comporte une pipette de soutirage indépendante (9) à insérer dans le goulot de la bouteille (1) ou analogue. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable dans le domaine de la distribution de liquides alimentaires, en particulier de vin au verre, à partir de bouteilles ou analogues, notamment en usage privé.
