Definitions
- the invention relates to a pendulum laser device comprising: a housing; a pendulum arrangement arranged in the housing and a laser unit attached to the pendulum arrangement, wherein the laser unit is free and self-alignable by means of the pendulum arrangement independently of a housing orientation on the solder.
- the invention also relates to a system with the pendulum laser device.
- laser products In order to perform leveling, alignment and / or marking tasks in the craft sector, e.g., laser products have been used which, depending on the application, produce laser markings to realize a reference independent of the orientation of floors, ceilings or walls.
- rotary lasers in which a laser signal is fanned by rotation of the light source or a beam deflecting device in a plane to be adjusted and thus defines a reference surface and so-called line lasers, which allow the projection of the laser signal to a reference surface, that a predetermined direction becomes visible and can be kept.
- EP 0 785 412 A2 discloses a laser leveling device with an elongate housing and dragonflies which, as a laser spirit level, are connected to the level the housing to a desired level and emit a laser beam for guidance purposes.
- a marking laser is known in which a laser unit is not movable, that is fixedly mounted in a housing, and wherein the housing forms an automatically perpendicular aligning pendulum.
- a pendulum laser for leveling and / or attaching markings on walls which has a housing with a suspension device, wherein the housing has an opening for a laser beam of a freely suspended from a pendulum axis laser beam generator.
- An abovementioned, per se known pendulum laser device is used for leveling and / or marking using the laser beam generated by the laser unit on objects, for example, to display horizontal lines on surfaces, such a line is independent of a housing orientation of Pendellaservor therapies perpendicular to the Lot.
- a line is independent of the orientation of the outer contact surface of the pendulum laser device, and the usable for leveling and / or marking line is generated by the laser unit, which is freesausrichtbar as such independently of a housing orientation on the solder.
- the pendulum mode described forms the basic function of a self-leveling or marking Pendellaservorraum mentioned above.
- the object of the invention is to provide a pendulum laser device which is able to produce lines outside a horizontal plane in a comparatively simple manner, in particular lines which have a comparatively large angle to the horizontal.
- the laser unit of the type mentioned above is designed in particular for producing a laser beam oriented perpendicular to the solder.
- the pendulum laser device further comprises: a fixing means with which the laser unit can be fixed at the freely self-aligned position; a test device with which it can be determined whether the laser beam oriented perpendicular to the solder runs in an imaging axis of the laser unit; a pivoting means, with which the laser beam is pivotable in the freely self-aligned position.
- the laser unit and / or a laser element of the laser unit can be pivoted.
- the invention is based on the consideration that, in order to generate lines at a large angle to a horizontal surface and to avoid elaborate aids, it is much more advantageous to deflect a laser unit in the comminuted state, in particular to tilt it up or down, to create a line at a large angle to a horizontal surface.
- the invention provides a Festlegungssch and a pivoting means in the aforementioned Pendellaser- device.
- the pendulum laser device first generates in thelichpendel- th state a substantially perpendicular to the solder oriented laser beam regardless of a housing orientation by free self-alignment of the laser unit. - the fixing means is adapted to initially set the laser beam at the freely self-aligned position.
- the pivoting means is designed to pivot the laser beam in this freely self-aligned position, preferably upwards or downwards.
- the invention has recognized that it also makes sense to provide a test device with which it is possible to determine whether the laser beam oriented perpendicular to the perpendicular extends in a preferred, in particular central, imaging axis of the laser unit.
- the laser unit or housing of the pendulum laser device should, according to the knowledge of the invention, be aligned prior to a pivoting action of the laser unit so that the preferably, in particular central, imaging axis substantially perpendicular to the projection surface, e.g. a wall, is.
- Such a situation is avoided according to the concept of the invention by providing the test means. For example, it can be determined by the test equipment whether the laser unit as such is located parallel to an object or whether the preferred imaging axis is perpendicular to the projection surface - namely on whether the oriented perpendicular to the solder laser beam in the imaging axis of the laser unit. If the test equipment does not detect this, a readjustment of the laser unit can take place, such that the laser beam runs in the imaging axis of the laser unit. Only then is it according to the concept of the invention provided that pivot means for pivoting the laser beam in the freely self-aligned position to produce the example near the floor or near the ceiling beam to operate outside a horizontal.
- the pivoting means is designed for pivoting in the vertical direction, in particular upwards and / or downwards.
- a pivoting means proves to be particularly suitable for generating height displays at high room heights or for creating lines near the floor or near the ceiling.
- a pivoting means can optionally also execute a lateral pivoting possibility.
- the pivot means is formed by an arrangement of a pivot axis, preferably in a laser element. In a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention can be determined with the test means, whether the perpendicular to the solder oriented laser beam is in coincidence with a laser beam generated by the reflected laser beam.
- the test device preferably has a diode and / or a field of view.
- a diode can be used to automatically determine whether a reflected laser beam is in line with a laser beam emitted by the laser unit.
- a corresponding optical imaging system may be provided in combination with the diode. Additionally or alternatively, it can be determined by a simple visual inspection of the user on a field of view, whether a laser beam emitted by the laser unit is in coincidence with a reflected laser beam.
- the elements of a test device explained here have proven to be particularly advantageous. However, other types of test equipment may be provided which are used in addition to or as an alternative to the named test equipment.
- the pendulum assembly in the form of a suspension - for example, a thread - formed and / or a storage - for example, a universal joint bearing or a cutting edge storage - formed for the laser unit.
- the laser unit itself can basically be designed in a variety of forms, for example wise in the form of a line laser and / or a cross-line laser and / or a rotary laser.
- the invention also leads to the solution of the problem to a system of the pendulum laser device according to the concept of the invention and a reflective object arrangement for reflection of the laser beam.
- a system of the pendulum laser device according to the concept of the invention and a reflective object arrangement for reflection of the laser beam.
- it is particularly easy to determine with the test equipment via a reflected laser beam whether the laser beam oriented perpendicular to the solder runs in an imaging axis of the laser unit.
- the system provides a reflective arrangement for attachment to an object and for reflection of the laser beam.
- the object arrangement has a coating suitable for reflection of the laser beam, which may possibly be exchangeable, and is formed as required from a suitable material, preferably from a flexible material.
- a suitable material preferably from a flexible material.
- the object arrangement can be accommodated particularly easily and space-saving.
- the concept of the invention provides, in addition to the pendulum laser device, also a system with the pendulum laser device and a reflecting object arrangement for reflection of the laser beam. This makes it possible to produce virtually aberration-free and avoiding complex aids such as tripods or the like laser lines that are emitted at a large angle to the horizontal and a user is thus able to realize, for example, floor or ceiling markers.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of a particularly preferred embodiment of a pendulum laser device in the context of a system with a reflecting object arrangement, wherein the pendulum laser device is designed for generating leveling and / or marking lines at a large angle to the horizontal.
- Fig. 2 a similar embodiment of FIG. 1 on a tripod.
- the pendulum laser device is used primarily for leveling and / or marking by means of horizontal lines 5 on a vertical observer. jekt 20, as shown in Fig. 1.
- the pendulum laser device is shown schematically only by its laser unit 1, which is mounted in a housing in a manner not shown in a housing via a Pendelanord- and depending on a housing orientation on Lot andsausrichtbar and for generating the perpendicular to the solder oriented laser beam fifth is designed.
- the pendulum laser device shown here is also suitable for generating lines at a large angle to the horizontal, this practically aberration-free and optional - if not already present from the object 20 - using an object arrangement 3, which is present for the reflection of the laser beam fifth has a reflective coating and is made of flexible material for easy packaging.
- the object assembly 3 can be attached to an object 20 temporarily attachable and detachable and reattachable with a suitable adhesive.
- the laser unit 1 is fixed in the pendulum laser device by means of a fixing means 7 shown symbolically, and then it is determined with the presently formed as a diode test means 9, whether the perpendicular to the solder oriented laser beam 5 and reflected on the object assembly 3 Laser beam 5 'are in cover.
- This situation applies to the two laser beams 5, 5 'running in the imaging axis 11 of FIG. 1.
- a covering situation is registered by the diode 9, for example due to the increased incident intensity by the reflected laser beam 5 '.
- a corresponding field of view be provided as a test means 9, which allows the user to determine whether the reflected laser beam 5 'extends on the imaging axis 11.
- FIG. 1 also illustrates two situations for which a test device 9 would indicate that a laser beam 13 or 15 oriented perpendicular to the solder is located outside the imaging axis 11, in this case above or below the imaging axis 11. Namely, these situations shown in FIG. 1 cause a reflected laser beam 13 ', 15' to be deflected farther from the reflecting object arrangement 3 and thus not come to rest on the presently diode-shaped test means 9, but rather not in an acceptable one Area 17 in coincidence with the emitted laser beam 13, 15 device. - the user has taking into account the test means 9 to align a laser unit 1 or the pendulum laser device so far that a radiated laser beam 13,15 in registration with a reflected laser beam 13 ', 15' and thus the laser unit 1 of the pendulum laser device parallel to the object 20th is aligned.
- a symbolically illustrated pivot means 19 is provided with which the laser unit 1 can be pivoted at the now aberration avoiding position up or down to produce lines that are at a large angle to the horizontal.

- the user is enabled to first set the laser unit 1 at the freely self-aligned position, then to determine whether the laser beam 5 oriented perpendicular to the solder runs in an imaging axis 11 of the laser unit 1, namely, in that he states that the emitted laser beam 5 and the reflected laser beam 5 'on the diode 9 are congruent one above the other, and then to pivot the laser unit 1 in the freely self-aligned position to produce the far off-axis laser beam.
- the user is thus enabled to determine in the determining step whether the laser beam 5 oriented perpendicular to the perpendicular is in coincidence with a reflected laser beam 5 'generated therefrom and / or if the laser beam 5 oriented perpendicular to the solder is substantially close to the axis an imaging axis 11 of an optionally provided separately from the laser unit 1 imaging arrangement runs.
