Abstract

 溶融紡糸された円形断面の有機繊維のように、セメントコンクリート、モルタル、スレートなどの水硬性硬化体あるいはプラスチック(熱硬化性や熱可塑性樹脂成形品)、ゴム(タイヤ、ベルト、ホース等)などの高分子硬化体に配合しても容易に引抜ける有機繊維に、熱的または力学的な方法による簡易で低コストの加工法により硬化体に対する物理的接着性に優れた形状を賦形し、配合によって硬化体のひび割れの拡幅、破片の剥落、あるいは過度な変形を高度に抑制できる硬化体、およびその製造方法を提供する。  有機繊維から成る撚糸を圧潰して圧潰撚糸を得る圧潰工程と、前記圧潰撚糸を未硬化材に配合する配合工程と、前記圧潰撚糸が配合された未硬化材を硬化させる硬化工程とを有し、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリオレフィン等の有機繊維から成る撚糸を圧潰して、撚糸を構成する繊維に長さ方向に沿って断面形状が変化する形状を賦形し、補強繊維として硬化体に混入若しくは埋設配合する。
