Abstract

 本発明にかかる発光素子は、多層封止膜によって発光部の光取り出し側が封止されてなる発光素子において、前記多層封止膜の積層中に少なくとも一つの色変換層を含むことを特徴とする。そして、本発明にかかる発光素子の製造方法は、多層封止膜によって発光部の光取り出し側が封止されてなる発光素子の製造方法であって、前記多層封止膜の積層中に少なくとも一つの色変換層を形成することを特徴とする。本発明に係る発光素子は、素子の占有スペースの増大を伴うことなく、その取り出し光の色変換を制御する機能を内蔵する。
