Abstract

　エラストマにより環状に成形された外装シール部材２０と、回転軸Ｃの外周を囲繞する態様でハウジング孔Ｂに配置することにより外装シール部材２０の嵌着部２１をハウジング孔Ｂの内周面に圧接させる補強環１０と、補強環１０の内部に装着されるリテーナ４０と、一端部が補強環１０の内部においてリテーナ４０と補強環１０との間に挟持され、かつ他端部が回転軸Ｃの外周面に圧接される補助シール部材３０とを備え、リテーナ４０及び補強環１０の間に、リテーナ４０を補強環１０の内部に装着する場合には弾性的に変形してこれを許容する一方、互いの間に補助シール部材３０を挟持した場合に弾性的に復元してリテーナ４０の脱落を阻止する弾性舌片４２及び係合部１３を設けている。
