Abstract

A vehicle tire that has an excellent impact mitigating function to improve driving comfort of a vehicle and in which a tread section alone can be replaced. A load to the vehicle transmitted from the tread section (12) and an impact while the vehicle travels are supported by a tire's elastic support body (14) through the tread section (12), and this enhances driving comfort of the vehicle. Further, because the tread section (12) and a rim (15) are constructed as separate bodies, the tread section (12) alone can be replaced. In addition, a gap communicating with the outside is provided between the tread section (12) and a rim base (13) of awheel (11), and this allows a reduction in the amount of use of a tire material (such as a rubber material).
