所述玻璃门可调连接夹, 其底座 3上放置有夹件 4、 底座 3 上与夹件 4上的同心孔中插装有过渡件 10、 过渡件 10的两端均 与紧固件 8插装连接, 其夹件 4与螺丝 11螺纹连接、 并使夹件 4与过渡件 10以由夹件 4夹紧过渡件 10的方式相连接, 其过渡 件 8中穿装有连接轴 9、 过渡件 8与连接轴 9转动活连接, 其夹 件 4的上弧面上以横向的方式设置有凹槽、夹件 4上的凹槽与中 间管 14以接触而压紧的方式相连接,其中间管 14中穿装有压轴 13、 并使中间管 14与压轴 13以转动活连接的方式相连接, 其压 轴 13的两端与弹簧座 7的底面以接触而压紧的方式相连接, 其 弹簧座 Ί的弹簧柱上穿装有弹簧 6、 弹簧 6的底端与弹簧座 Ί以 及弹簧 6的上端与支撑板 1门框的上框均以接触而顶压的方式相 连接,其连接轴 9的两端分别与支撑板 1门框两边框上设置的轴 孔以穿装活连接的方式相连接,其支撑板 1与固定板 2之间放置 有夹板 5、 支撑板 1与固定板 2以及二者之间的夹板 5均由螺钉 12以穿透固定板 2及夹板 5而与支撑板 1螺纹连接。
所述的玻璃门可调连接夹, 所述支撑板 1为长方板状结构、 该长方板的内侧设置有两个内螺紋柱、该长方板下端段的内侧设 ' 置有门框、 该门框的两边框上设置有轴孔, 所述固定板 2为下端 段呈凹框的长方板状结构、 该长方板上设置有两个通孔, 所述底 座 3为板状结构、 该板上设置有连接固定孔、 该板上以垂直的方 式设置有两个支撑块、该两个支撑块上均设置有相互呈同心的圆 孔, 所述夹件 4为 Ω形的块状结构、该 Ω形块的下端设置有螺纹 孔、 该 Ω形块的上弧面上以横向的方式设置有凹槽, 所述夹板 5 为下端段呈梯形凹框的长方板状结构、该长方板上设置有一个通 孔, 所述弹簧 6为市场购置而通用的弹簧状结构, 所述弹簧座 7 为板块状结构、该板块上以垂直的方式设置有弹簧柱, 所述紧固 件 8为一端设置有外翻边的管状结构,所述连接轴 9为圆.轴状结 构, 所述过渡件 10为管状结构, 所述螺丝 11、 螺钉 12均为市 场购置而通用的螺丝状结构, 所述压轴 13为圆轴状结构, 所述 中间管 14为管状结构。
所述的玻璃门可调连接夹, 所述夹板 5为 2 - 6块, 所述弹 簧 6、 弹簧座 7、 螺钉 12均各为 2个。
所述的玻璃门可调连接夹, 所述紧固件 8为 2个、相互为镜 像结构。
所述的玻璃门可调连接夹,所述夹件 4上弧面上以横向方式 所设置的凹槽为 2 - 8个。 在上述的具体实施过程中: 对所述的夹板 5分别以 2、 3、 4、 5、 6块进行了制作; 对所述的弹簧 6、 弹簧座 7、 螺钉 12均各 分别以 2个进行了制作;对所述的紧固件 8以两个进行了制作这 两个紧固件 8相互为镜像结构;对所述的夹件 4上弧面上以横向 方式所设置的凹槽分别以 2、 3、 4、 5、 6、 7、 8个进行了制作; 均获得了预期的良好效果。 本实用新型制作完毕后进行了试用性考核, 在试用性考核 中, 其安装以及安装好以后的调节均极为方便; 尤其是安装好以 后还需要调节支撑板 1与底座 10之间的角度时: 只要将紧固在 夹件 4上的螺丝 11进行松动、夹件 4便降低了对过渡件 10的压 力、 从而可将支撑板 1和过渡件 10转动到所需要的位置、 再通 过螺丝 11对夹件 4的紧固而将过渡件 10压紧压牢、以此而方便 快速的完成对支撑板 1与底座 10之间角度的调节; 由于安装与 调节均极为方便快速, 从而也为顺畅的使用奠定了良好的基石出; 所以, 经试用考核, 获得了预期的良好效果。 以上所述, 仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本实 用新型作任何形式上的限制; 凡本行业的普通技术人员, 均可按 说明书附图所示和以上所述, 而顺畅地实施本实用新型; 但是, 凡熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本实用新型技术方案范围 内, 当可利用以上所揭示的技术内容, 而作出的些许更动、 修饰 与演变的等同变化, 均为本实用新型的等效实施例; 同时, 凡依 更动、修饰与演变等,均仍属于本实用新型的技术方案的范围内

1、 一种玻璃门可调连接夹, 其特征在于: 由支撑板(1 )、 固定板( 2 )、 底座( 3 )、 夹件( 4 )、 夹板( 5 )、 弹簧( 6 )、 弹簧 座( 7 )、 紧固件( 8 )、 连接轴( 9 )、 过渡件( 10 )、 螺丝 ( 11 )、 螺钉(12)、 压轴 (13)、 中间管 (14)构成;
所述玻璃门可调连接夹, 其底座(3)上放置有夹件 (4 )、 底座(3)上与夹件 (4 )上的同心孔中插装有过渡件 (10)、 过 渡件(10)的两端均与紧固件(8)插装连接, 其夹件(4)与螺 丝( 11 )螺纹连接、 并使夹件( 4 )与过渡件( 10 )以由夹件( 4 ) 夹紧过渡件 (10) 的方式相连接, 其过渡件 (8) 中穿装有连接 轴( 9 )、 过渡件( 8 ) 与连接轴( 9 )转动活连接, 其夹件 ( 4 ) 的上弧面上以横向的方式设置有凹槽、 夹件(4 )上的凹槽与中 间管(14) 以接触而压紧的方式相连接, 其中间管(14) 中穿装 有压轴(13)、 并使中间管 (14 ) 与压轴(13) 以转动活连接的 方式相连接, 其压轴(13) 的两端与弹簧座(7 ) 的底面以接触 而压紧的方式相连接,其弹簧座( 7 )的弹簧柱上穿装有弹簧( 6 )、 弹簧(6 ) 的底端与弹簧座(7 ) 以及弹簧(6 ) 的上端与支撑板
( 1 ) 门框的上框均以接触而顶压的方式相连接, 其连接轴(9) 的两端分别与支撑板(1 ) 门框两边框上设置的轴孔以穿装活连 接的方式相连接, 其支撑板( 1 )与固定板( 2 )之间放置有夹板
( 5 ), 支撑板( 1 ) 与固定板( 2 ) 以及二者之间的夹板( 5 ) 均 由螺钉( 12 ) 以穿透固定板( 2 )及夹板( 5 ) 而与支撑板( 1 ) 螺纹连接。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的玻璃门可调连接夹, 其特征在于: 所述支撑板(1 ) 为长方板状结构、 该长方板的内侧设置有两个 内螺紋柱、 该长方板下端段的内侧设置有门框、该门框的两边框 上设置有轴孔, 所述固定板(2 ) 为下端段呈凹框的长方板状结 构、 该长方板上设置有两个通孔, 所述底座(3 ) 为板状结构、 该板上设置有连接固定孔、该板上以垂直的方式设置有两个支撑 块、 该两个支撑块上均设置有相互呈同心的圓孔, 所述夹件(4 ) 为 Ω形的块状结构、 该 Ω形块的下端设置有螺紋孔、 该 Ω形块的 上弧面上以横向的方式设置有凹槽, 所述夹板(5 ) 为卞端段呈 梯形凹框的长方板状结构、 该长方板上设置有一个通孔, 所述弹 簧(6 )为市场购置而通用的弹簧状结构, 所述弹簧座(7 )为板 块状结构、该板块上以垂直的方式设置有弹簧柱,所述紧固件( 8 ) 为一端设置有外翻边的管状结构, 所述连接轴 (9 ) 为圆轴状结 构, 所述过渡件( 10 )为管状结构, 所述螺丝( 11 )、 螺钉( 12 ) 均为市场购置而通用的螺丝状结构, 所述压轴(13 )为圓轴状结 构, 所述中间管 (14 ) 为管状结构。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的玻璃门可调连接夹, 其特征在于: 所述夹板( 5 )为 2 - 6块,所述弹簧( 6 )、弹簧座( 7 )、螺钉( 12 ) 均各为 2个。
4、根据权利要求 1所述的玻璃门可调连接夹, 其特征在于: 所述紧固件 (8 ) 为 2个、 相互为镜像结构。 5、根据权利要求 1所述的玻璃门可调连接夹, 其特征在于: 所述夹件(4)上弧面上以横向方式所设置的凹槽为 2 -8个。
