Abstract
L'invention porte sur un liant de toner présentant à la fois une excellente aptitude à la fixation à basse température et une excellente résistance au blocage. L'invention porte également sur un toner utilisant un tel liant de toner. L'invention porte spécifiquement sur un liant de toner caractérisé en ce qu'il contient une résine de polyester (A) décrite ci-dessous. La résine de polyester (A) est obtenue par polycondensation d'un composant polyol (x) et d'un composant d'acide polycarboxylique (y). Le composant d'acide polycarboxylique (y) contient au moins 70 % en mole d'acide téréphtalique, d'acide isophtalique et/ou de leur ester d'alkyle inférieur (le groupe alkyle ayant 1-4 atomes de carbone) ou ester hydroxyalkylique (le groupe alkyle ayant 1-4 atomes de carbone). Le polyol constituant la résine de polyester (A) est composé d'au moins 80-99,99 % en mole, de 1,2-propylène glycol et de 0,01-11 % en mole de néopentylglycol.
