Abstract
The invention relates to a hydraulic oil tank for work machines, wherein the hydraulic oil tank comprises a substantially parallelepiped tank housing (1), which is provided with a hydraulic oil inlet (2) to a hydraulic oil cooler, which is disposed in a passage (1') of the tank housing together with an axial flow fan (10), and wherein the hydraulic oil cooler comprises an outlet for cooled hydraulic oil, via which the hydraulic oil can be drawn into the hydraulic oil tank and out of the same via a hydraulic oil filter and a suction connection (3) of the tank housing into the hydraulic circuit.

Der in den Zeichnungen dargestellte Hydrauliköltank hat ein Tankgehäuse 1 aus Kunststoff oder Metall mit einem verschließbaren Hydrauliköleinlaß 2 und einem an einen nicht gezeigten Saugschlauch anschließbaren Sauganschluß 3 sowie einer Füllstandsanzeige 4. An der Tankoberseite ist ein
Filterdeckel 5 vorgesehen und im Bereich des Tankbodens eine Entleerungsschraube 6. Im Gehäuseinneren sind ein Hydrauliköltank 7, ein Hydraulikölkühler 8 und ein patronenförmiger Hydraulikölfilter 9 vorgesehen. Im Betrieb strömt heißes, verschmutztes Hydrauliköl über den Hydrauliköleinlaß 2 in den Hydraulikölkühler 8. Das Hydrauliköl durchströmt den Kühler und wird dadurch abgekühlt, worauf es aus dem Hydraulikölkühler 8 über einen Stutzen 11 direkt in den Hydrauliköltank 7 strömt. Aus dem Hydrauliköltank 7 strömt das Hydrauliköl durch den austauschbaren patronen- förmigen Hydraulikölfilter 9, der auf einen abgewinkelten Sauganschlußstutzen aufgesteckt ist, zum Sauganschluß 3, aus welchem das gefilterte und gekühlte Hydrauliköl aus dem Tankgehäuse 1 austritt und in den Hydraulikkreis zurückkehrt. Wie die Zeichnungen zeigen, ist im Tankgehäuse 1 eine Durchtrittsöffnung 1 ' vorgesehen, in der ein Axiallüftergebläse 10 eingebaut ist, welches das den ebenfalls in der Durchtrittsöffnung 1' angeordneten Hydraulikölkühler 8 durchströmende Hydrauliköl kühlt. Im Tankgehäuse 1 ist schließlich ein Thermostat 12 eingebaut und eine nicht dargestellte einschraubbare Hydrauliköl-Verschmutzungsanzeige vorgesehen.
